I went to estate sale this weekend, it was ran by the BlueFamily Estate. The service was amazing John and another guy helped me with my purchase of a huge swing set. They went above and beyond their job. The help was outstanding from the beginning and the ending of my purchase.
First of all, John Blue was recommended to me as someone close who had used him when she downsized for a large home – and she was happy with the way her things were handled.
When I interviewed John for the perspective sale of my belongings, he was on point and very professional; telling me what to expect, including how things would be set up in my home and what the average attendance was at his advertised sales.( And which of my treasures were most sought after). Of equal importance was the disposition of the things that did not sell. We discussed Habitat for Humanity as well as the Fort Bend women’s shelter. After interviewing two other companies, there was no question that John was head and shoulders above the competition, and he proved to be throughout our relationship. He made multiple trips to my home, including one in which he brought me my favorite chai latte and offered to help in my packing to move.
In spite of the fact that I gave away a number of precious items he would’ve loved to sell, The weekend of the sale.The house was immaculate and my street had cars parked from one end of the block to the other on both sides with people standing in line waiting to get in. Several friends stopped in to pick up a piece of my history and told me John was very cordial when they identified themselves as my friends. In all, the sale was successful and I was happy with the way that John Blue and his company handled all of my precious belongings! I would highly recommend him.
All the workers were personable and friendly. We bought some large items and John was very flexible with pickup times and overall very helpful.
Would like to see more estate sales like this one. I will look for Bluefamily events after our experience today.

My sales personal were so kind and very attentive. Been to a lot of Estate Sales but none like this.
