I cannot have an estate sale at my home for [XYZ reason], can you still help me?
YES. Just because a traditional on-site estate sale is not permissible, we have other options available to you, including: (1) online auctions; (2) cash buyouts; (3) limited consignment services; and (4) complete clean-outs. We use the same level of care and attention to excellence regardless of which service you hire us to do.
My home is closing on [date], are you able to have the sale and get the house empty before this date?
YES, absolutely. All of our estate liquidation services are capable of being completed within 6 days from the date of hiring. Need it even faster? Not a problem–we have done it before–that is why we are confident in our ability to get your home emptied and ready for the next step.
How do you handle large items?
For large items, we have hand trucks available for the customer to use to move their purchases. We do not provide any moving services but through our experiences have lots of helpful suggestions. We are sellers NOT movers–it is the responsibility of the buyer to remove their purchases from the home by the end of the sale.
What happens with the items that are not sold?
Before your sale dates, we will discuss with you the options available after your sale and you can decide what you would like to do with any unsold items. We will not take your remaining unsold items with us at the end of the sale. We do NOT have a resale shop as we are only there to liquidate your belongings. Whatever you decide, we will be there to assist you–our job is not finished just because the “sale” is over.
When should I expect payment for the estate sale?
Proceeds from the sale will be mailed, USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number, within 2-3 business days following the last day of the sale. Depending on where you are located will determine the exact time frame for receiving your proceeds.
Do you have references?
Yes, references are available. We always ask our clients to fill out a short questionnaire after the sale to offer their valuable suggestions. We always strive to be the BEST in the business and for our clients.
